The Beak Meets the Granite Crew

YHC had the great honor of leading the Granite men this morning at .  A truly unique AO.  Who knew that downtown Granite Falls has traffic to worry about at 5:30am!!  Here’s how we got better today:

Warm-Ups:

5 Burpees then run around the Triangle, 5 Burpees upon return

SSH – 12 – IC

ISS – 12 – IC

Humpies – 12 – IC

ATT – 12 – IC

The Rest:

Mosey to block pile (note: their blocks are the very real deal, some heavy cement/aggregate was used to make those bad boys!)

Partner Up – Bench Press, Curls, Goblet Squats, Overhead Presses – 150 total reps for each exercise.  Partner 1 runs up hill to white picket fence while Partner 2 does exercise, switch and repeat until all reps completed.

Sprint work in gravel lot (note: Jordache, Suppository and Acid can haul butt)

Everyone grabbed a block – bench presses and some weird block lift that sucked.  YHC apologized for that one, won’t do again.

Let me just say that I’m pretty damn proud of the work that Udder and Twig have put into the Granite launch.  Folks they have done a spectacular job and are getting consistent numbers Tues-Thurs and Saturdays.  You’re in good hands with those two at the helm.  Truly, truly and honor to lead you today.  Hope to get to come guest Q again!  YHC out!
