Blocks & Burpees

Started with the typical:

Side Straddle Hops x 20 IC

Alternating Toe Touches x 15 IC

Imperial Storm Troopers x 20 IC

10 Burpees

The Thang:

Moseyed from the AO down the road to the block pile taking the long route to get good and loose:

Block Bench Press x 50 OYO

Block Skull Crushers x 20 OYO

10 Block Burpees

Mosey down to far stop sign past AO and back to the blocks for more fun:

Lunge walk with blocks overhead x 15 each leg OYO

Goblet Squats x 25 OYO

Bent over rows x 25 OYO

Mosey down to far stop sign past AO, 10 burpees while catching breath, then back to the blocks:

Curls x 40 OYO

Overhead Press x 25 OYO

Calf Raises x 20 each leg OYO

Step up with OH Press at the top x 20 OYO

Put Blocks up and mosey to far stop sign past AO, 10 burpees while catching breath, then back to main AO. Lined up abreast for an ab relay. First man calls an ab exercise for the rest of the PAX, runs down to the corner, does 20 merkins and returns, then next guy calls an exercise and runs and so on until everyone goes.

Box Cutters

Dying cockroach

Right Pretzel

Left Pretzel

Side V Ups

(Sorry fellas, that’s all I’ve got, there were two more to make 8 total rounds)

Finished up with a nice  string of burpee long jumps down the block.

Circled up for the Countoff, Name-O-Rama and WOD.
