Veterans Day RAM

We had 14 or 15 PAX for Friday’s (we had trouble with the countoff).  We ran 4 miles with a few pain stations and a Squints sighting.

We started out with some SSHx15 IC and ATT x 15 IC then began our run down 8th Ave towards the YMCA.  We stopped along in the median for some incline merkins x 15 IC.  Next stop was the YMCA parking lot for some American Hammers x 15 IC and Dying Cockroaches x 15 IC.  Take a left onto 6th street and do an Indian Run all the way to 3rd Ave.  Stop in the first lawyers building to catch our breath and do 2 ab exercises.  Mosey through downtown to the square.  Step Ups and Tricep dips under the sails along with another ab exercise.  Ran down Main Avenue stopping in a parking lot for a few more ab exercises, then back to LRU.
