Mountain View has been up and running for 2 weeks now and all I hear from everyone is how good things are there: regular pax posting, nice steady flow of FNGs, great AO, etc. and I’m hear to tell you that it’s all true. Super proud of what Short Sale has done over there.

Weather: low 40’s. Damn near perfect.

Thang:
I had planned spreading the ER love one last time but I had just done it at Granite Falls on Tuesday and, well I was still sore from that one so there was no chance of me being able to do another 410 Merkins & LBCs, so I called an audible last night. Same format, just a bunch of different exercises.
Pattern is 2 exercises at each stop.

  • @ Wall:  14 tricep dips/LBCs
  • 13 incline merkins/LBCs
  • 12 step ups/LBCs
  • 11 decline merknis/LBCs
  • @ Block Pile – slightly confusing about number of reps.  Let me ‘splain myself:  The number was 10 reps.  Since we had been doing 2 exercises per stop with 2 reps of each exercise on the 10th stop, it would have been a total of 40 exercises.  Get it?
  • 10 curls (40 total) – sprint to 127 and back
  • 9 russian twists (36 total) – sprint to 127 and back
  • 8 overhead presses (32) – sprint
  • 7 kettle bells (28) – sprint
  • 6 goblet squats (24) – sprint
  • 5 block burpees – 10 total.  I gave yall a break on this one.  We were supposed to do 20 but only did 10 in the interest of time.
  • 4 crab cakes/monkey humpers
  • 3 v-ups/windmills
  • 2 pretzels/jane fondas
  • 1 burpee/LBCs

WOD:  Hebrews 12:1-2; Therefore since we also have such a large cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let us lay aside every weight and the sin that so easily ensnares us, and run with the endurance the race that lies before us, keeping our eyes on Jesus, the source and perfecter of our faith.

Public/Private Notes to Self:

  • 20 blurpees would have killed me.  That would have been awkward.
  • I loved the 2 ladies walking by us as we were doing lunges “Y’all doing a new dance move?”
  • The Mount has the prettiest most sweetest blocks in F3 Nation
  • Too much OYO exercises and there’s not much mumblechatter.  Sorry about that one guys.
