YHC had two variations of the workout planned.  If Igloo showed up with his sand babies today would have been slightly worse.  I didn’t ask him beforehand if he was going to be there this morning, so I had a backup plan that involved blocks.  Sidenote Retread was 2 minutes early today and actually got to do some Side Straddle Hops with the rest of the PAX.

SSH IC x 15

Burpees x 10 OYO

Mosey to block pile, partner up, 1 block per team, mosey to the top of the hill behind Corinth.

1 partner runs to the bottom of the hill towards the country club, does 5 burpees, and then runs back up.  The other partner is doing : Curls, Overhead Presses, Benchpress, and Squats (COBS) with the block.  Plank until everyone is finished.

Mosey with blocks to the tunnel of love for some wall sits, while passing the block back and forth between the person/people next to you.

Incline Merkins x 10 IC

Decline Merkins x 15 OYO

BLIMPS around the loop in front of Corinth.

While 1 partner runs around the loop, the other partner does a series of exercises (AMRAP). Block Burpees, Block Lunges, Imperial Storm Troopers, Merkins, Plank Jacks, Block Squats.  Plank for the 6.

We had a couple of minutes left:

Benchpress x 15 IC

WWII Situps x 15 x IC

Mosey back to the flag.

YHC’s had to go off the top of his head for the WOD becuase my phone is a couple of years old, and it doesn’t like the cold weather.  And even though it was only 1 verse, I still couldn’t remember it.
