B – Burpees x5
L – Lunges x10 (each leg)

Field Trip:
Run down to the bottom of the hill past Northview to the small bridge
Incline Merkins x10
Decline Merkins x10
Run back up the hill
(It was about 5 degrees cooler down there. We had to get out of there quickly!)

Grab 2 Ultimate discs from YHC’s car.
Partner up. YHC with Doughboy and T-Bone with Beaker.
Throw disc to parter. Good catch = No Burpees. Bad catch = 5 Burpees. Almost catch = 3 Burpees.

We all mentioned one thing we were thankful for – family, new baby, F3, the community in which we live and work, and our gracious and merciful God.

Moleskin:
Well, it was obvious that YHC and Doughboy were definitely the novice team in the frisbee pass. Let’s just say we did A LOT of Burpees. Beaker and T-Bone looked like professionals out there. Even when we thought they weren’t going to get it, somehow they did. Doughboy and YHC want to be just like them when we grow up.

It was a great morning. Temperature was great – nice and cool. Everyone warmed up nicely and shed at least one layer. Fellowship was also great – so thankful for my brothers Beaker, T-Bone, and Doughboy for coming to hang out with me for a little while.
Thanks for making F3 so great and for helping me to be a better version of myself.
