Cold and wet Hurler

We met on a cold wet morning at , but we heated up fast.  Plus we dried up a good amount of the water on the ground with our shirts!!!

We started with warmup exercises:

  • Side Strattle Hops
  • Alt Toe Touches
  • Windmills
  • Imperial Storm Troopers
  • Humpies
  • Arm Circles
  • Reverse Arm Circles

We mosied to the town square where we did a BLIMPS routine.  Between each exercise we ran around the square.  We did:

  • 10 Burpies
  • 15 Lunges
  • 20 Imperial Storm Troopers
  • 25 Merkins
  • 30 Plank Jacks
  • 35 Squats

We then mosied to the block pile and did the following block exercises:

  • 10 Curls
  • 10 Overhead Presses
  • 10 Bench Presses
  • 10 Skull Crushers
  • 10 Kettle Bell Swings
  • 10 Bent Over Rows
  • Rinse and Repeat

After putting up the blocks we mosied back toward town and did wall exercises:

  • Mohammed Ali’s
  • Joe Fraziers
  • Arm Circles
  • Rinse and Repeat

We then did an ab workout:

  • 10 WWII situps
  • 10 LBC’s
  • 10 RBC’s
  • 10 Pretzels
  • 10 American Hammers
  • 10 Dying Cockroaches

We then did the count off and name-a-rama.

After our workout, we spoke about the meaning of Jesus’ name, Yahweh is our salvation.  He came to save his.  He life made up for where our life fell short, and he came to save us.  He had a right to condemn us but chose to save us instead.
