This was YHC’s first post at The Mount so before posting there needed to be some checking out of the AO. On my way home from work Monday YHC stopped by the AO and started to devise a plan. After getting everything planned out like most plans they went down the hole once we started the following morning.
IST, ATT, SSH X 15 IC
Mosey to Block Pile & Partner up
~10 partner clap merkins
~Uneven merkins on block while P2 did slow squats (switch hand in between)
~Peoples Chair, over head press X 15 IC, Muhammad Alis X 15 IC
~P1 start 150 reps of Bench Press, then Squats, then Curls while P2 ran down hill behind Walgreens and back. Switch each time till 150 then onto the next exercise.
~Back to the Wall for Peoples Chair (while YHC looked at his winkie)
~Calf raise X 10/ leg IC
~P1 start 100 reps of Leg Press, then Over Head Press while P2 ran that hill AGAIN
Put Blocks back and Mosey back to the flag. With 6 minutes left enough time for some Mary:
~Pretzels X10 IC
~Box Cutters X15 IC
~LBCs X 20 IC
YHC tried to plan a hard workout but was going to keep the PAX dry (as much as possible) until Short Sale explained the blocks were on the other side of the AO. Oh well… there goes that plan, rain it is! I hope the PAX got their monies worth, I know one did as there was a Merlot siting. It was a pleasure making the trip to The Mount and YHC enjoyed the nice morning with the outstanding men of Mtn View!
