More Wall Sits

What a great morning to get up and work out. YHC finds that on nights before Qing he usually has a hard time falling asleep and usually awake before the alarm goes off…. today was not one of those days. The alarm went off and YHC told the PAX that it “rocked my world” not knowing where he was or what that sound was. After waking up on my drive to GF, YHC was ready to take on the AO and the PAX wanting a good work out. It went a little something like this:

P1 Run Backwards to top of hill (3 burpees), P2 Over-Head Press AMRAP
