So we had our big F3 Christmas Party bash this past Saturday night and it was a blast. Alot of great guys and their M’s, great food and drink, and great fellowship (Thank you Herniator!!). However, everyone must have had a little too much fun because come Monday morning we only had 7 PAX post for the following beatdown.


Side Straddle Hops IC x 15

We then moseyed to the top of the parking deck using the ramps, NOT the stairs. The top platform was our starting point for BLIMPS, we would do an exercise, run down all flights of stairs, across the bottom level and back up the stairs on the other side and then do the next set and repeat until finished.

We then moseyed down the stairs and over to the benches by the YMCA track where we did:

Step ups w/ overhead press IC x 20

dips IC x 20

We then moseyed down to the bath house near the rocky ditch where we selected our level of punishment (rocks) and proceeded to do:

Alt. Arm Push-Ups IC x 12

Overhead Press x 20

Bench Press x 30

Bent Over Rows x 20

Arm Raises x 15

We then moseyed back to the AO just in the nick of time.
