Next up was a Jacobs Ladder. 10 WW1 situps at the bottom, 10 burpees at the top.
Halfway through the ladder we were interrupted by a mysterious suv. They stopped and sat with their headlights on us. Then windows came down and still sat there not saying anything. So Trigger said let’s run man! Freaked out yhc said let’s go! Neither of us had a cell or a gun on us so run we did. Here’s the crazy part, the suv proceeds to follow us. We are F3, so, I knew they couldn’t catch us on foot. We ran about .5 mile zig zagging in and out of buildings. We finally lost them. We seen them on the opposite side of the buildings so we made a sprint back to our vehicles and left. Good news is the workout didn’t end early but no WOD or COT. Weird stuff. Don’t know what they wanted with us, but clearly they seen burpees and WW1 situps so it’s not like we were up to no good. Thought we were going to be the first to be knocked off during a F3 workout.
Made for a tough workout with all the sprinting but we are safe and got better!
