9 faithful rolled out of their fartsacks for a Pre-Christmas version of #Expresso. YHC was somehow lucky enough to Q two days in a row and that was good as far as he was concerned. It got him to finally post again at Expresso (whatever it takes) after being away for too long.

Great work men! Lots of mumble chatter (more like groaning) during the Tabata and in particular during the scorpions. YHC was glad he showed up this morning, but not for the reasons you might think. YHC realized in the last 5 minutes of the workout why he posted, and why he posts most mornings for that matter. YHC had prayed as he always does and then men were heading back to their vehicles. But sometimes one prayer is not enough. Sometimes a brother feels compelled to share something else with his other brothers, something that is weighing heavy on his heart. A brother did this, then another brother said “Hey, let’s pray again”. So we laid hands on this brother and his heavy moment became our heavy moment too. #Encouragement

From Luke 1:14 – The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.

We thanked God for coming to this earth to save us. We thanked him for being like us yet being God. We thanked him for walking in the same dirt we do, breathing the same air we breathe, and experiencing everything we do. Ponder that for a moment. The almightiness of God moved in human arm, beat in a human heart, spoke from human lips, and reached forth in mercy with human hands. God wrapped in human flesh.

Always an honor to lead!
