11 men got out of their warm vehicles to run a few miles this morning. 2 men had completed the pre-RAM run so they were warm but the others were not. We started slightly early because I was starting to get cold.

We left the parking lot and headed towards the gym. We hopped up the steps on our right foot and ran down the ramp. We then repeated hopping up the steps but on our left foot. We then completed some Incline Merkins and Tricep Dips while there was Mumble Chatter about the “In cadence”. Some stated my cadence was off, but I just state that everyone else was off!
We left the gym area and headed down the road and ended up at the chains where we completed 20 Cherkins IC. This exercise is a little scary because everyone has to work together to complete them. This was even more apparent when 1 pax got up and everyone dipped down a little. Just another example of teamwork and unity!
We left the chains and ran up the steps and down the ramp at HCAM. We did 2 rounds of this and then ran up the hill and took a left. We ran down “Mugger Alley” and stopped under the streetlight to do some Ab work. We completed 20 LBCs, 20 Freddie Mercuries, and then 20 more Merkins.
We ran back to the track where we did 20 step-ups and 20 Monkey Humper in cadence. We then headed to American Ale House where we did a kind of Merkin ladder behind the building. We started with 10 Merkins OYO and then ran to the stop time. We continued this 2 more times increasing the number by 10 each round.
Time was running out so we headed back to the Flag after this so we could finish on time with about 3.75 miles of total running.
