YHC was once told that below freezing is never a good time to use blocks. So when YHC saw that it was going to be 25 degrees, he thought what a better way to make blocks worse than to freeze them.

There was a lot of #mumblechatter at this point so YHC made the PAX catch 10 Burpees on their own
Mosey around the parking lot to the blocks and grab two. Yeah that’s right…two. Luckily there were twenty blocks, just enough for the 10 PAX in attendance
Suicide by suicides
Lap one…Carry block to first drop then leave. Grab second block to drop zone, then carry both blocks back to beginning.
Lap Two…run one block to drop zone, 5 block burpees. Then run back to start to get second block and take to drop zone, 5 block burpees. Then carry both blocks back to beginning.
Lap 3…run first block to drop zone, then do 10 overhead presses and 10 goblet squats. Leave block and run back for second block. Run to drop zone,for 10 overhead presses and 10 goblet squats. Take both blocks back to beginning.
Lap 4…run to drop zone, 25 kettle block swings, leave block. Get 2nd block and repeat, then carry both blocks back to the beginning.
Lap 5…abyss planks x 1 minute. Carry both blocks to drop zone. Abyss planks x 1 minute. Then carry both blocks back. We did pickle pounders and other various exercise during the plank.
Rinse and Repeat
Moleskin: I shamed Abraham into coming today after telling him in the parking lot he couldn’t do the workout, and Cousin Eddie shamed him into staying the whole time. Guilt can be a great motivator.
