Burpees and blocks!!

  • The PAX: Udder Butter, Pug, 2 Ply, Friar, Assid, Banjo, Panda, FNG (Tator Hole)

We had 9 Pax today for including one FNG.  Not too cold for our first February !

We started out with warmups, 15 each:

  • SS Hops
  • Alt Toe Touches
  • Imperial Storm Troopers
  • Humpies
  • Windmills
  • Arm Circles
  • Reverse Arm Circles

We then did a quarter mile individual run through town, stopping at 10 different appointed places and doing a burpee ladder, counting down from 10 at the first spot to 1 at the 10th and final spot.

We mosied to the wall on the side of Mackie Furniture and did wall exercises.  Two sets.  15 the first set and 10 the second set:

  • Mohammed Ali’s
  • Joe Fraziers
  • Push-up Bras

We mosied behind the old dry cleaners and partnered up.  One partner would exercise while the other partner ran about 100 feet and back across the parking lot.  The number of reps done for the exercises were cumulative.

  • 100 Merkins
  • 75 WWII Sit ups

We grabbed our cement blocks and went to the top parking lot and did the following block exercises, 10 each:

  • Curls
  • Overhead presses
  • Bench presses
  • Skull crushers
  • Kettle bell swings
  • Bent over rows
  • Curls

We mosied back to the starting point, we had about 3 minutes remaining, so we wrapped up with:

  • 10 Derkins
  • 10 Step-ups

Our devotion was out of John 3:17.  God sent not his Son to condemn us.  He was perfect, yet he chose not to condemn us, so how can we who are imperfect condemn each other.

We named our FNG “Tator Hole.”
