The men showed up bright and early this AM to get some running in! Little did they know, everyone would be packing some extra pounds on today!
Warmup – 15 reps each IC
Side Straddle Hops
Imperial Storm Troopers
Arm Circles – forward and then backwards
Then we grabbed 2 bricks each and went for our run!
First stop was at a local church for some pull ups. 3 sets of 10 for each PAX.
Then back on the road to our 2nd stop at the Stage downtown(exercises over the edge)
– Weezie Jeffersons (x10, IC)
– Calf Raises (x15, IC)
– Flutter Kicks (x15, IC)
– Squats (x10, IC)
Back on the road to loop around the court house and climb the hill. From there, back to the AO to complete the 1.5 mile run! Then, some time with Mary:
– WWII sit-ups (x15, IC)
– Freddie Mercuries (x15, IC)
– LBCs (x15, IC)
– Superman (1 min)
