5 Alarm beat down at Hurler

YHC was up at 4am this morning excited about his Q. Rolling in to Granite Falls,  the excitement appeared one-sided. It was YHC and Paula Deen sharing feelings until 5:28. Where was everybody? However, 6 PAX eventually came out and went kinda like this:

No Warmup

10 Burpees OYO

10 Slow Squats IC

10 Tempo Merkins IC

Asheville Abs

25 Plank Jacks IC

25 Mtn Climbers IC

We then ran around town, approx. 2.5 miles, and stopped three times for a 5 Alarm burnout. Completed 20 of each of the following exercises for a total of 100 reps at each station-

Squats

Hand Release Merkins

Stop 2

Shoulder Tap Merkins

We then finished with a round of Block Webbs. Look them up, they’re Jack Webbs evil worser cousin…
