Warm ups – Side-straddle hops, Imperial Storm Troopers, ABAGODAS, Humpies, Arm Circles(forward and backward). With everyone nice and loose, time for a mosey.
Next, at an empty parking lot, we found a nice wall to work with(with some sweet acoustics!): Muhammed Alis, Joe Fraziers, Bus Drivers in wall sit. Then Australian Mountain climbers. Rinse and repeat with Australian Muricans at end. All IC with 15 reps each.
Then a short mosey to our next wall. Here the PAX competed 10 Hindu Squats (shout out to Base Camp in Asheville for this one) and 1 Big Boy situp. Then scaled the wall. Back for 9 Hindu Squats and 2 Big boys and another trip up the wall. Continue on until 1 and 10 respectively. Then back to AO.
FALCON abs to end the morning (Freddy mercuries, American hammers, LBCs, Crunchy frogs, Obliques(10 each side) and kNee lifts). 15 count in cadence. Feel the burn of the FALCON!!!!
