2 Full BLIMPS by the mile – 10 Burpees to start, finish 25 reps per letter Lunges, Imperial Troopers, Merkins, Plankjacks, Squats

At the top and bottom of each hill, exercise each letter all the way to back parking lot of YMCA.

Our days are number with one another, cannot take our moments for granted. Trust that God has our journey under control in order to be fully present.
