The Thunder rolled and the Lightning struck @ SoCal!!!

It was a windy and cold SoCal with an Ominous Storm lurking in the distance. Heat lightning was everywhere. We started the workout anyway.


Windmill, ATT/Hairy Rockettes, Humpees, Low country crab, High Knees, Pickle Pounders

We then Moseyed to the cinder blocks and went under the closest awning. We sat in a circle (back to back) and we passed the blocks around the circle 10 times Left and then 10 times Right. If anyone needs any further clarification ask me and I will explain.

Then we did a partner exercise with the cinder blocks. We mixed 3 exercises (LBC’s, Bench Press, Squats) While the other partner ran around Jeff’s Shaved Ice, the other partner would do an AMRAP of one of the 3 exercises. We did 3 rounds (1 of each exercise).

Then the Thunder and Lightning got too close and we called the workout. That is in the F3 rules to not workout during lightning. I AGREE TOTALLY WITH THAT.
