9 PAX show up on a Thursday Hurler morning with Banjo. We warmed up with some high knees, alternating toe touches, humpys and side-straddle hops. Next we moseyed to the block pile for a coupon.
As a pack we mosey around town Cusack style with a lot of mumble chatter. Changing it up with curls for girls in cadence, over head press in cadence, lunge walks in cadence, and walking squats in cadence. We made two wall stops on our journey to give the blocks a rest, a low wall and a vertical wall.
On the short wall we accomplished a couple sets of step up and box jumps. On the vertical wall we did a couple sets of Australian Mountain climbers, dirty hook-ups, and wall sits.
After returning our coupons and returning to the the flag we finished up with some Asheville Abs, rope climbs, and burpees.
