I was going to try and come up with something clever with the day after Halloween but that did not materialize. So I went with a similar workout from ER. I was not thinking there would be a whole lot of participation but 10 PAX show up and ready to work off some of those snickers they ate the night before

 

Warmup- SSH, ATT, Humpies, Windmill

Mosey around St. Lukes to block pile. Partner up with one Partner grab block and other grab 2 bricks

Circuit of 3-

1st round- P1 run circle of Corinth P2 Curls w/ Blocks, Switch, Kettle Bell Swings w/ Block, Switch, LBCs

P1-Wall Sits w/ overhead press with bricks, P2 one min low plank

2nd Round- Arm Extensions w/ Bricks, Switch, Squats w/ Block, Switch, American Hammer w/ weight

P1-Wall Sits w/ overhead press with bricks, P2 one min low plank

3rd Round- Bench Press w/ Block, Switch, Halleluiah Lunges w/ Bricks, Switch, V- ups w/ Bricks

P1-Wall Sits w/ overhead press with bricks, P2 one min low plank
