Dog Poop & Stinky School Buses

Conditions were about perfect for the 5 #HickoryStrong PAX who posted for a Cropduster led beatdown at #WhippingStick.

Warmups in Upper Parking Lot:

Mosey to Back Parking Lot for 4 Corners (at each of the 4 corners of the parking lot stop and do some stuff – mosey in between – everything done with 2 bricks):

And Then Beaker called us to Bus Duty – we hopped on board the #OldActivityBus and did Flye’s on the dern bus.  Did the bus stink you may ask?  Yes, after we left our mark on it!

Drop Bricks, pick up Football:  Indian Run all the way to New Hope last guy in line would throw football to first guy in line while running.  If the ball is dropped we did 10 merkins.  I am pretty sure Scrubby dropped the ball everytime he touched it.  #Butterfingers

Pull Ups, Toes to Bar – we did 3 rounds of 5 each  YHC had more stuff planned for New Hope, but time was quickly running out.

COT:  YHC read the backstory behind he hymn “Great is Thy Faithfulness” – then I read the hymn and we talked about it a bit.

Naked Moleskin:  YHC arrived at the AO early this morning.  No pre-runners there and I moseyed around the AO to get prepared for my workout.  Somewhere along the way I apparently stepped in some doggie poop and the #SmellTrail stayed with me for the duration of the workout.  Sorry, guys.  I had planned to use the football field for our 4 corners of pain, but the thing was soggy and it was cool and I called an audible to myself and brought it up to the parking lot.  I always enjoy a good Indian Run with the football.  It was good to get Scrubby out for his first Bootcamp workout in a long, long time.  Today we had 5 at Whipping Stick.  Next Week I predict we will have 10.
