Just like ER there is no warmup. 1st stop: 20 merkins, 20 LBCs. Next stop 20 merkins/20 LBCs. Next stop 19 merkins/19 LBCs. Stop again 19 merkins/19 LBCs. Continue until 1 of each rep. That’s 40 stops.
If we finish with time left, we’ll pick up some blocks or pumpkins and lift, throw, or curl them.
I may puke up the 200 snickers that I’ll surely gorge myself on tonight. Or have the beer shits. Or just gas. Either way, it’ll suck but you’ll like it (that’s what she said).
