Hitting it at Hurler!!

We had 6 Pax this morning at , very happy to have everyone that posted today.  The mornings are still warm even though it is November.

We started off with warm up exercises including:

  • Sid Strattle Hops
  • Alt Toe Touches
  • Windmills
  • Humpies
  • Flutter Kicks

We mosied to the town square where we got the hard part out of the way.  We did a burpie ladder, starting with 10 burpies, run around the town square, the 9 burpies, and continue in this until you get down to the last burpie, then plank for the 6.

After completing the burpie ladder we mosied to the side of the furniture store, got into the sitting position and did the following wall-sitting excercises:

  • Mohammed Ali’s
  • Joe Fraziers
  • Overhead presses

We repeated these wall exercises once more, and then mosied to the block pile.  We each got a block and went to the old dry cleaner parking lot.  We did the following upper body block exercises:

  • Curls for girls
  • Bench Presses
  • Skull Crushers
  • Overhead Presses
  • Block Merkins

We repeated these upper body exercises and then did the following ab/back block exercises:

  • Bent Over Rows
  • American Hammers
  • Kettle Bell Swings

We repeated these ab/back exercises, put the blocks back up, and mosied back to the starting point.

We did some final ab workouts:

  • WWII Sit ups
  • Pretzels
  • LBC’s

Our devotion was about how we commit bad deeds from our heart, and I reference Jesus when he said that if we hate our brother we are guilty of murder, and if we lust we are guilty of adultery.

We had prayer requests, count off and name-a-rama.

It was great working out with these men!!!!
