Tuesday was my first workout in more than a week, and only 3rd in the past 3 weeks. I was a little nervous that I wasn’t going to be able to make it the entire 45 minutes. (Spoiler Alert, YHC survived)
We had an FNG – Alex Croker nickname: Duece. Also a tennis coach at LRU with Fuzzy Balls and Billie Jean. Welcome Duece.

Mosey to parking lot on 4th street by Fourk.
Broke up into groups of 3, with a couple of groups of 4. Each member in the group rotates between performing exercises at the bottom of hill, doing a different exercise at the top of the hill, and running between the two. Watch out cousin eddie, Jordache is fast. Also, Herniator is still fast even with a 30lb weight vest on.

Lunges @ top, American Hammer @ bottom
Round 3 – 3 rotations
Incline Merkins @ bottom, LBC @ top
Round 4 – 3 rotations
Decline Merkins @ bottom, Dying Cockroaches @ top
We had a few minutes remaining. Split up into two lines for a relay race to the top of the hill and back down. Mosey back to the flag
